Perennial Mental Health, LLC is based out of Bucks County, PA and provides personalized virtual therapy for adults (age 18+) throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Services Provided by Perennial Mental Health

• Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Evaluation ($110)
  This will be our initial appointment to review your mental health history and your background to help Jenn better get to know you and your therapeutic needs. This appointment is also where we will identify your goals for therapy and how we can work together to achieve these goals. 

• Individual Therapy ($110/session)
  Jenn provides an individualized approach to support each of her clients, since everyone has different needs. Individual therapy will include a balance of processing your stressors and psychoeducation in order for you to gain the skills needed to achieve your mental health goals.

• Couples Therapy/Family Counseling ($120/session)
  Jenn works collaboratively with each couple and family to ensure everyone’s needs are addressed and respected. These sessions often involve processing the dynamics within each relationship and how to improve communication and conflict resolution skills. 

• Group Therapy ($40/session; $50 evaluation prior to starting group)
  This is one of the most effective forms of therapy. It provides us with a sense of community and support in ways our family and friends may not be able to. Groups are a place to relate to others going through similar circumstances and learn skills to more effectively navigate and manage our challenges.
