Perennial Mental Health, LLC is based out of Bucks County, PA, and provides personalized virtual or in-person therapy for adults (age 18+) across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Comprehensive Biopsychocosocial Evaluation ($110)
Individual Therapy ($110/session)
Couples Therapy/Family Counseling ($120/session)
Group Therapy ($40/session; $50 evaluation prior to starting group)

Coping with Chronic Illness Group

Living with a chronic illness can be debilitating - both physically and mentally. This virtual therapy group will provide those living with a chronic illness the opportunity to share their experiences, build coping skills to manage their circumstances and live a fulfilled life, all while gaining a sense of community and support. Facilitated by a cancer survivor herself, Jenn Attaquin, LPC, CCTP will assist group members in addressing the effects chronic illness can have on one’s mental health, their sense of independence, and so much more.

Anyone living with a chronic illness (18+) in PA & NJ is welcome to join!

Surviving & Thriving: Cancer Survivor Group

Cancer can be an incredibly lonely and traumatic journey, and that journey doesn’t necessarily end after completing treatment and achieving remission. This virtual therapy group will allow cancer survivors to connect and process their experiences as a survivor in remission while addressing the lasting effects a cancer diagnosis can have on one’s life, relationships, and mental health. This group will be facilitated by Jenn Attaquin, LPC, CCTP, a cancer survivor herself with firsthand insight into the challenges of survivorship.

Cancer survivors in remission (18+) in PA & NJ is welcome to join!
